At ShedFit, we’re passionate about being able to just get out there and enjoy all that life has to offer.
Running is one of the best yet simplest of all activities to do, yet it is the one thing many of us avoid.
Contrary to popular belief, running DOES NOT wreck your knees. Running too hard, incorrect form, incorrect or poorly fitting footwear and most certainly excess body weight will negatively impact your knees. However, learning to run, starting slowly and building up endurance and pace will ultimately improve your joints, bone density, heart and lung function, general health and wellbeing.
Running is also a great way to relieve stress and tension. Ever feel you just don’t get time out for yourself? Take the time to go for a run and boost those feel-good endorphins.

We encourage participation in several running events and challenges throughout the year.  Team Shedfit will always support you in achieving your goals.

We’re also very enthusiastic participants at parkrun.  Our “Home” run is Cleveland,  Henry Ziegenfusz Park, Island Street, Cleveland, although there are a few others in the Redlands and surrounding areas.
