Here is a sample of our fees.
We normally recommend the 1hr sessions.
This allows time for weigh-ins and general communication,
a warm up period, then approx 45min actual training time
and a thorough hands on stretch at the end.

Either strength/muscle building, or cardio / boxing etc.

Group Training :-
We have Ladies only group class
9am.. Every morning Mon - Fri
Spaces are limited to ensure proper supervision
and for the comfort of all clients.
